At Bluebird Arts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your creative supplies. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to begin the return authorization process.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging, tags, and the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to send it back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
